While we were there, we were unable to take a shower. Our shower reduced to a trickle when we used hot water. We did tell the hotel on our first morning but it wasn't fixed. Additionally, on our first morning, our toilet wouldn't flush. We had to go out for the day to use the toilet but it was fixed by the time we returned 7 hours later. The chromecast TV wasn't hooked up. When we called to tell them that it wasn't working, they told us they were aware and that a technician had been scheduled. When we checked out and again reported being unable to shower, showing them a video of the shower, they asked us if we had additional time. We did have 10 minutes and were offered another room to take a shower but unfortunately, 10 minutes wasn't enough for us to unpack and shower.
Without a shower or working toilet, or streaming TV, we did note in writing to them that we felt we should get some reimbursement. We have not had a response from them.
