10/10 Exceptional

It was fine. No issues. Service was friendly, everything worked in the room. Its just a mediocre place.

6/10 Good

All the walls need to be cleaned. (The doors, door knobs, ect.) O always take my cleaning supplies with me. There aren't very many options in Cisco, and the ONLY reason we stay there is because our grandkids are super close to that location. Be prepared to start sweating when you go to check in. Lobby is hot and they have yet to turn on the a/c. They are not very friendly, but their son down the road at Executive Inn is very friendly and their rooms are cleaner!!

2/10 Poor

The Attendant raised the price by $80.00 and would not accept the credit card. Said had to pay cash and to take it up with Expedia. I will drive to the net town to keep from ever staying at that location again.
Jackie, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

The room was dirty. The only thing clean was the bedding, well we hope it was clean. I will never stay there again. Drive another 10 miles and stay in Eastland.
Paul, 3-night trip

2/10 Poor

Did not feel safe. Front desk didn’t speak clearly. Did not feel safe .
Su Ling, 1-night trip

Dead crickets all over the room. It smelled. Not enough towels for the 3 of us. The AC was good.
Heather, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Middle eastern poor hotel

It was one of my worst places I ever stay. I thought I was somewhere in India in midlife eastern country. For the quality and the service it should have been priced at $15-20. Save your money find different places or sleep in your car instead.
Miroslav, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

There was poop on the toilet seat and there’s mold on the piece of drywall falling down in the bathroom. Long stringy hair in the shower at check in.
Gregory, 3-night trip

4/10 Fair

Doors not open. Old food in fridge. Shower rusted. Expensive for what paid.
William, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

language

It was an excellent value. The only real problems had to do with language barrier. The people running Cisco have very little use of the English language. It was difficult to communicate with them.
Jye, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

I didn’t like dead crickets in the floor or in the made up beds .

Great service means so much

Ok, it's a little hotel in a little town and we just needed a place to sleep. The A/C was not keeping up and it was over 100 outside. I went to front and the guy moved us. The A/ C was great. And it has not been on so we went to Sonic to let it cool the room.the room was clean and looked freshly remodeled. Now the outside not so much. Next morning when packing up I went to find ice for my cooler. There was only a small counter top not near enough. When I told him I needed more than that, he said my son can bring you some in about 5 min. Literally in 5 minutes the son pulled up with a cooler full of ice for me.WOW!!

Good

This was a last minute trip and so glad I found this place it was an hour away from where we needed to be the next morning. But I had more good reviews. And the bad reviews said nothing about roaches..lol loved the pillows I slept well 😊
Crystal, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The room was clean and convenient to where I was visiting. Being so close to the tollway, it was noisy.

Old lady with a cat.

It's a simple motel on the exit from I-20, the first exit for Cisco from the east. It was clean and I felt safe as an older woman alone. I spent 3 nights visiting with family and friends for a funeral and burial. I just needed a safe place to relax and sleep. I traveled with my cat since it was a quick trip and I didn't have anyone to take care of her at home. I let the owners/managers know that I had her and paid a reasonable charge. She's a well mannered cat and I knew she wouldn't cause a problem. She had her travel kennel, liter box, food and water under the sink and she just napped under the bed when I was gone. I made sure that all of that was cleaned up and gone when we left. The owners/managers were very welcoming and efficient. The room was just what I needed and I'll be happy to stay there again.
Deborah, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Everything was ok. Rhe front people weren't all that friendly. The room needs updating and no breakfast
Jayden, 3-night trip

4/10 Fair

Inside the hotel was mostly ok, but the outside was really poor. There was hardly any lighting, and there were big puddles of water everywhere in the parking lot. Staff didn’t speak English very well, and while we were checking in, the staff member was calling someone, and it was very unclear as to why. One of the beds creaked as well, which made moving around while sleeping a potential for strange sounds. Overall just didn’t feel like an ok experience.

Johnny, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Overall positive experience

Comfortable stay. The bathroom needed a little maintenance but it did not affect the performance of the shower. The bathroom was a little cramped. Those were the only issues with the room. Excellent stay for the price.
Antimo, 2-night trip

Nice manager, broken locks and doors

Although the manager was very nice and friendly and helpful, the door to the room had a substandard lock. The button lock worked, but there was hardware missing for the security lock. We could see daylight out of the door, too. We had to sleep with a chair propped under the doorknob, which is not something that inspires confidence. There was also hair left over in the shower. On a positive note, the larger size fridge was nice and the beds were alright in terms of comfort. I don't plan to ever stay here again because of the security.
