The staff were absolutely great, polite, friendly and welcoming. The room was clean but smelled like carpet cleaner/wet dog. Beds were really uncomfortable, not sure if its because they need to be replaced. Sound barriers could've been better..kept hearing the outside door squeak open/closed all night.

Service was good and nice breakfast BUT very outdated!! Was disappointed! Mucky smell, very old building. Peeling ceiling in bathroom, patches, tub rusted around drain, dirty mirror and sink spout. Deceiving online pictures!!

This hotel has clean rooms and friendly/helpful staff. We were here for 3 nights during Mariposa so spent all day off site. There are several fast food restaurants in walking distance, and the drive to the Tudhope Park is only about 10 mins. The breakfast buffet is adequate for a short stay. I would say this place is good value for the price. Nothing fancy - but clean and safe and breakfast included.

Great stay. Thoughtful staff!

It was great! The staff were alwats taking extra good care of us. When my keys didnt work, the staff had noticed onthe cameras and had new ones waiting by the time I walked up to the front desk! Pretty amazing. There was also a rollaway bed already in our room when we got there!
