No aur conditioning in the common areas and the elevators were broken. When we asked if we could have a room on the first floor, the woman said no and wouldn't even check availability.

Horrible stay
This place should be shut down! Room was booked weeks in advanced upon arrival I was advised elevator was down. However due to the numerous of other parties for our family reunion weekend hosted in Warner Robins it was not possible to rebooked a room locally due to the large number of family reunion attendees in town. After being left with no other alternative but to checkin for our stay we were placed on the 3rd floor, I have scoliosis & suffered significant damages medical due to the negligence of this stay! My (room was 325) it was gross! House keeping never came to the room neither of the 2 nights of my stay the floor title in bathroom was not properly secured the odor of the room smelled exactly how it looked, FILTHY! The breakfast was mid. They ran out of waffle mix, the machine was making soggy waffles. The indoor pool had a plastic black bag in replace of the roof๐ I will be responding to the proclamation our family received from the Georgia mayor whom welcomed us to this state. We travelled from Florida, there was a really bad traffic jam and we came off the road preparing to get good rest but experienced the total opposite. I feel robbed without a gun. I had to scheduled a emergency visit with my orthopedic for pain management due to severe muscle spasms from climbing up and down 3 flights of stairs for 3 days 2 nights.
I would never recommend this to anybody

Dissatisfied customer
Let me just start off by saying this was by far the worst hotel Iโve ever encountered. Mildewed tub, tiles that were loose on floor, dust everywhere mildew on dressers. Lamps were full of dust, the bathroom had urine on the toilet seat when we got there went and got cleaning stuff. The air quality was so horrible could hardly breath and relax the moisture from the room felt like the covers were damp. Sheets were dirty had to get clean ones and change them myself. We didnโt even bathe in the room it was just that disgusting we checked out 2 hours early just couldnโt stay there any longer. Told one of the front office clerks about our stay he asked about what room we were in and said he would let the manager know. If you want to be in a clean hotel DO NOT GO HERE!!! Just an overall horrible experience. Michelle the front desk clerk was pleasant.

My wife and I arrived about two hours early, therefore; I asked the clerk on duty if we could have an early check-in. I was promptly told yes but it would be a $25 charge. So, we promptly declined and just rode around to waste time. I returned at check-in time and was greeted by a nicer front desk clerk. We were assigned room 222. After entering the room, I did a walk through. There were dirty wash clothes hanging in the bath. There were tiles missing from the bathroom floor, and the molding around the tub looked like it should've been replaced years ago. Saying it was NASTY would be an understatement! I went back to the front desk and informed them of my room condition and requested another room. The nice professional desk clerk promptly assigned another room. We moved our belongings to room 234. Needless to say, it was also in need of repairs. The ceiling had large cracks in the stucco. Someone had attempted to repair it but did a very poor job, and there were other repairs that hould have been done prior to assigning this room to anyone. Unfortunately, this was without a doubt the worst place we have ever stayed considering how much we travel. We elected to stay at a Wingate because of prior stays at the hotel chain. All of them were exceptionally more acceptable and satisfying. Finally, this place should be thoroughly inspected and repairs promptly and professionally completed, until the rooms have been repaired, unservicable. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Needs a refurbishing. Walls have chipped paint and black marks. Tub had large black patch in it and. un inviting. Carpets dirty and a smell when you walk into room.and dusty. I think you get what you paid for.

Never again
The hotel carpet and upholstery was stained and appeared dirty. Our room smelled like a wet dog. The wallpaper was peeling in numerous places. The pool was closed. If this reservation had not been non-refundable we would have left.
