A warm hotel offers marvellous hospitality. Special thanks to Crystal and Cream as both of them have been found helpful and sincere in attending to guestโs request. They have made the best use of WeChat as a tool to strengthen their guest relations.
My stay on April 10 was quite unpleasant due to leakage in the bathroom of Room no 1420. Incredibly lucky this time, I came across the same problem in Room number 1722. The problem has been brought to the attention of the GSM, Ms Amanda who has been found helpful and efficient in dealing with my complaint. I believe the hotel should further check and make efforts in prevention of any recurrence.
Nevertheless, thanks to Amanda for her good customer caring efforts.
