Location is good, close to Tokyo Station and an easy trip to Tsukiji Fish Market. Rooms were small and the picture showed a washing machine, however there wasn’t one in the room. They did have a coin laundry in the building.

The 2 bedrooms unit is comfortable. The living room with a sofa and a dinning table is comfortable for resting after a day of sightseeing and shopping. The hotel is in between two stations of the Hibiya line. It's very convenient. It is also a easy walk to the Tokyo station, Ginza and Nihonbashi areas. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Perfectly large roomed and located hotel

We had a fantastic stay at the Mimaru Tokyo Station East. The reception staff were fantastic and offered their assistance many times, which was highly appreciated. Our room was large... extremely large for Tokyo standards. We had two separated bedrooms, two bathrooms, a family room and kitchen. We even had our own washing machine/dryer (which was well used). The location was close to several train stations, restaurants and coffee shops. We all loved our nine night stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great sized room for our family of 6. So close to multiple subway stations and 15 walk to Tokyo Station (for bullet train). Good for quick train trip to Disneyland which was great after very long day doing 25,000 steps. A little bit longer to Shibuya but is fine. 7/11 in building. No gym or games room but otherwise good amenities.
