Good place to stay close to everything in Florence. Area was safe. Instructions to get to hotel were clear. Staff was super nice and friendly. Breakfast was good. There is no elevator. Make sure you are ready to go up several flights of stairs.

Nice location but you need to climb...

The location was a key reason for the score. Easy to get to everything in Firenze, including my favorite Tratorria Sergios. The room was clean but very difficult to move around in. There is no lift so you need to climb the stairs to get to the reception. The breakfast was fine.

The room we had was large and clean. The breakfast was so nice and made a great start to the day. The location is awesome. Walking distance to everything and the staff are great. So nice and helpful. I will happily stay here again if I am am ever lucky to be in Florence again. Just with a lighter bag next time to handle the stairs.

Excellent place to spend a few nights. Safe and secure, clean and a nice breakfast. Samantha was an excellent receptionist, very helpful and friendly. Was patient to answer all our questions and book us reservations for a couple museums. Right in the heart of the city close to train 10 minutes away. Lots of shops around and restaurants, everything you need.

This hotel was nice and in an excellent spot!! A bit hard to find! The hotel itself shares a building with apartments so you have to be buzzed in and really know what you’re looking for! No elevator (which was fine for us) but just an FYI- lots of stairs for those who will have heavy luggage.

Our room was so ridiculously small that we could only fit 1 suitcase in our room, my husbands suitcase had to stay outside and I had to turn sideways to walk from my side of the bed to the bathroom. I have been travelling since mid October and this is the only hotel I would not recommend nor return too. Your staff so far have been lovely

Have to go up 4 flights of stairs to reach the hotel. Nonetheless, it is a nice hotel that offers breakfast. Both receptionsits (woman and older man) were kind and helpful. They helped my aunt and I with taking down luggage & getting a taxi. This location is walkable to a delicious restaurant "Za-Za" and the Academia museum. Lots of bakeries and stores around. 12-15 min walk from train station. Hotel has comfortable beds and is eco friendly!

Location is good but AC isn’t very good

Location was decent but if you are going in summer when is 30+ and you look forward to get back to the hotel for the blast or the AC then you won’t get it. The AC was always turned off and when it was on even if it was on full blast it wasn’t very strong which made nights uncomfortable. Staff were very friendly but we also would have preferred breakfast earlier than 8 which is normal in England.
