When I checked in, I asked about the pool/ spa. Was told it was down for maintenance. Was not told up front. Walked into first room, instantly smelled like mildew. Thought it might just be the air conditioner but as I took my shoes off I noticed the carpet was wet. Then noticed the bottom of the curtain was wet. Went to the front desk and she reassigned me to a new room. Got settled in and realized this room had a bathtub! Went to use it but there was NO plug. Decided to lay down and watch TV. Remote would turn it on and off. It would play the basic screen for the hotel but would not allow me to enlarge screen, go to the guide, change channels, etc. Next morning I reported it and was told the internet was down due to storm that came through. That was not the case, because I was there many hours before the storm came through. The GM said they were working on the internet. So I waited. They appeared to get the internet up and going on their computers as I approached them again and said it is still not working and doesnโt appear to be an internet issue. I showed him what it was doing on the tv near by and he said he would have someone call me at the room. Nobody ever called or came by to even see if it was a simple issue they could address. There were several small issues with my stay that seem small but added up to not being a good experience. I felt like I was just given one excuse after another.

Can't believe Wyndham put their name on this prope
Dirty. Vomit in elevator. Entire 2nd floor reeked of marijuana. Broken and loose tiles. Rotted drywall. No hot water in shower. Front desk service was incresibly slow and unfriendly.

Not Happy!
The phone number for the hotel was incorrect on email confirmation. We could not call to ask that the room be held. We arrived after midnight. The sofa bed had a cupcake smashed between the cushions plus there was what looked like pee on the entryway floor. Was given another room with one king (we requested 2 queen). Floors werenโt vacuumed and bathroom and entry floors obviously had not been mopped. We were given another room for my daughter on a different floor. That floor needed mopping! The lady at the desk did all the cleaning necessary. We were so tired having driven 10+ hours.

Check in was quick and easy, the service was friendly. The outlets in the room where the refrigerator was plugged in initially did not work. We had to plug the fridge into another outlet. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel was quiet! The hallways smelled musty and stale. There was no ice machine on our third floor. Breakfast was sparse. There was apple and orange juice, bagels and bread to make toast, three different types of cereals, batter to make waffles, oranges and apples, coffee and milk. We missed hot breakfast foods that we were used to from other hotels, such as sausages and scrambled eggs etc.
