We stayed in a standard room that was clean and comfortable, with a good bed and useful amenities like a private bathroom, safe, small fridge, and air conditioning. Our room faced the street, but since it’s a relatively quiet area, it was peaceful most of the time. However, the soundproofing inside the building could be better — we could occasionally hear noise from other guests.
One major downside was the elevator. It was out of order for most of our stay, and unfortunately still not working when we had to check out. Our room was on the top floor, so this was quite inconvenient.
The location is decent — not very close to the beach (about a 20-minute walk), so keep that in mind if your main purpose in Nice is to enjoy the sea. That said, it’s well-connected by public transport (the tram gets you to the beach quickly), and there are several parking options nearby if you're traveling by car.
Overall, it's surely not a luxury hotel, but it offers good value for the price for a short stay if you spend most of your time outside anyway.
