Although the apartment hotel is a bit far from the city center, Tram No. 1 passes in front and provides easy access. Many supermarkets nearby make shopping convenient. The entrance and elevator are comfortable and give a premium feel.
We booked two rooms with balconies. The 5th floor room was spacious with a nice view, but the 2nd floor room faced the inner courtyard, had no view, a smaller balcony with bird droppings, and was not cleaned upon arrival.
We were told access codes would be sent at 10:00 a.m. on check-in day, but no codes arrived before 3:00 p.m. After messaging via Hotels.com at 12:48 p.m., I received only the 5th floor code at 3:59 p.m. The 2nd floor code arrived only the next morning. Calling was difficult due to a confusing menu and unclear English in the recording. When I asked for the code, the staff said they had sent it, but it wasn’t in the Hotels.com inbox; it came only after another phone call.
No housekeeping service was provided during our stay. On the third day, we requested shampoo and clean towels from the floor staff, but they never arrived.
In addition, the bathroom/toilet light bulb was not working, and one of the chair legs was broken.
