No so good
Cons:
Security on side door:
They had a small stone on the threshold to keep it open for our entire stay. When we first arrived, I drove around to the side to use the door to bring our luggage in. I saw the stone and removed it thinking a smoker had left it there. Upon my 2nd trip through the door for more bags, the front desk person was there and asked that I leave the stone there because the key reader at that door was broken. The stone was there for our entire stay even though I told her that it was a lousy idea.
A towel from the previous guest was on the bathroom door, and there was only one set of towels in the room. There was very little toilet paper and no backup rolls. There was no Kleenex in the dispenser. The body wash dispenser in the shower was empty. There was used soap in the soap dispenser. The room was otherwise ready (not like they missed the room entirely).
There was a dog in the room directly across the hall from us that barked every time we went in and out.
We were out all day the next day and returned to our room and it was uncleaned. When a call to the front desk went unanswered, I walked to it and had to wait at least 10 minutes to talk to someone. A sign said they were on a short break. The room was taken care of when we returned form dinner.
Pros:
Breakfast was good both days.
The shuttle service to and from track was excellent.
Nice large TV in room.
