At check-in seemed ok. Room was terrible- roaches on the walls and bad smell. Also splotches on the carpet which is laid over another carpet.

Dirty hotel, room was not clean, condition of the hallways, paint, ceiling etc was dirty. I left and found another hotel for the night, I did not feel clean or safe at this location. This hotel company can do better.

The entire building was run down and dirty. There were cieling tiles missing, holes in the bedding, tv did not work, furniture was ruined, fridge did not work, water dispenser didn’t work and everything had a musty smell.
Kathryn, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

About what we expected for the price. Very tired.

Pretty average for a tired older property. The reception desk was like Fort Knox, not a pleasant welcome. The room was clean but very tired, with broken furniture, a rusty tub, and a squeaky, worn-out mattress. Still okay for a quick one-night stop.
Thomas, 1-night trip

Save your money, look elsewhere

This hotel is clearly being remodeled. The hallways smell of weed, the rooms are old, hot, and stinky. Moldy ceilings in the bathroom, scuffed up toilet seat.
Dustie, 1-night trip

The place is falling apart. The wallpaper is falling off the walls, carpet has huge stains, toilet bowl was not cleaned for days...absolutely, disgusting.

4/10 Fair

The room was in rough shape with damaged walls and scuffed furniture. The front desk staff were not friendly and spoke very little English. I felt unsafe. The security lock on my door was broken and the cleaning staff opened my door while I was in my room about 20 minutes after I checked in to the hotel. Also, on my second night, I arrived from dinner to find five police cars at the hotel with two police casing the first floor hallways in pursuit of a suspect. It was not a very relaxing nor pleasant experience. Also there are 3-4 steps after every couple of rooms, and this makes it difficult to roll your luggage to and from your room.
Candace, 3-night trip

We checked into this hotel and ended up not even staying because it didn't feel safe and the bed was horrible.

Should not even be open to the public

This hotel is a hazard to people and should not be open to the public at all.. it smells like BO. desk attendant was behind bulletproof glass. There was shady activity happening right outside. The room is beyond healthy with the water stain peeling paint and painters tape instead of room numbers my partner and I left after 10 minutes and ask for a refund do not see under the circumstances!!!
Maria, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Budget friendly, but not health friendly.

Worn out and filthy. I didn't see bugs, but other guest warned there were roaches. The staff was mediocre. Asked front desk for towels was told would need to wait until morning. Pool was closed, and courtyard area has not been mowed for a very long time. Glass door to pool taped up. Ceiling tiles in hallway broken. Chair in room so dirty we put a towel over it to sit down. Low nightly rate, but you get what you pay for. at least the AC worked.
Vanessa, 5-night trip

2/10 Poor

Terrible

The numbers on the doors were affixed by blue painters tape and a sharpie marker. The whole place smelled like mold with parts of the ceiling caved in and brown in the hallway. The outside door to the hallway was broken and anyone could come in. The beds were old and terrible. There was a huge crack in front door. There was no food or coffee. The workers ignored my request to pay with two credit cards. It was terrible and I will never go there again.

8/10 Very good

Poor management and maintenance

Appeared to be homeless property outside. Entrance B whole frame damages, unable to be locked. No ice available in the entire hotel
John, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Toilet consistently running all night and TV remote not working
william, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

First annoyance: no ice machine - which in all fairness was strategically omitted from the description. The restaurant and bar were shuttered, and there was no breakfast (another strategic omission). The back door would not operate; thankfully, all you had to do was yank on it really hard to get in. The keys stopped working after several hours. The room had ants. On the positive side, the front desk clerk was a nice guy; he helped by getting the baggage cart for me. The a/c worked great; so did the fridge and microwave. The bed was serviceable. The TV was too. If I hadn't already lugged half a carload of stuff into the room by the time I realized what I was in for, I would've left. The old adage is so true: you get what you pay for. Thank you, Ramada, for forcing me to stop my stupid deal hunting, bite the bullet and find an Airbnb.
Keith, 2-night trip

They use this place as a shelter for homeless

I had an event that I had to travel to for family so I didn’t get to my room until after 4 AM when I got to my room there were feces on the toilet. It was vomit and food sticky all on the carpet in the room where the beds were there weren’t any linen towels the bathroom look like it had been ram shack so they gave me another room this time a king it had blood on the wall blood on the lamp, and there were roaches crawling everywhere. And I never got a chance to stay I could not sleep. I had to go and sleep on somebody’s couch. I traveled all the way from Albany. I was charged 200+ dollars to where I wasn’t even able to stay in the rooms because they were so disgusting. The people that they’re keeping their are homeless so you’re dealing with people walking in the halls at night yelling and screaming out loud because they’re high out of their mind. There was a woman across from one of my rooms yelling about Percocets. She was high out of her mind. This place is not safe for people that are coming out of town with Children. They keep this hotel as a shelter for the homeless and it’s not clean. There are roaches, crawling all in the hallways all on the wall

We walked into the lobby, were horrified at the conditions and walked out. Drove another 90 minutes to find another hotel.

Awful In addition to the pictures there was no hot water and the toilet clogged after two uses.
Adam, 1-night trip

dirty, air conditioning not working, poorly maintained. Do not stay here! Missing ceiling tiles in bathroom with dirt and wires exposed, toilet was dirty had been used and not cleaned, the bathroom did not have a mirror, the hallways and room was very hot as no air conditioning working on a 90 degree summer day-very hot, room smelled like mold and the bed was very old and could feel the springs coming through the mattress. I left and did not stay the night. worst hotel I have ever seen!
