Extremely disappointed with our stay here. The room was not properly cleaned โ there were visible stains on the carpet, tissues carelessly stuffed into the holder, and unfortunately, visible hair in the shower tray. The bathroom floor also had bits of dirt stuck to the tiles
There was also a loose electrical/phone wire box next to the door, which didnโt feel very safe. We even found used milk sachets mixed in with the fresh ones โ not what youโd expect, even at a budget hotel.
Parking overnight costs ยฃ10, even though itโs not gated nor in a garage. It was simply in front of the hotel within the compound. On-street parking directly in front of the hotel is only chargeable from 9am to 5pm anyway, so you could park free of charge overnight.
Thereโs no air conditioning or fridge in the room, and noise travels easily โ we could hear children two rooms down quite clearly.
At checkout, another guest in front of us mentioned how different the hotel looked compared to the bright, modern photos on Hotels.com. The actual building and rooms felt grey and gloomy โ we couldnโt agree more.
Overall, this stay didnโt live up to expectations and I wouldnโt return.
