Ok for a quick trip

This is a no frills hotel. Reasonable rate for a room. The door was hard to open, no tv remote in room, no closet, and the floor had a crack in the laminate.

Just okay

Cont breakfast consisted of toast an dry cereal and maybe a pancake but no plates or milk. Had to wait on coffee machine. Gal had to take smoke break! Decided just to leave! Hope not to go back !

The staff members were friendly, courteous, and ready to help with your needs. We stayed 4 nights and had no complaints!

8/10 Very good

Very affordable. Not a lot of staff availability, but the ones there were friendly. The design is a little outdated, however, we were able to get a room that had just been updated and was very nice.

Room was clean. Breakfast was not good could cause someone to potentially become sick due to improper storage of cold items and food was stale. Had a refrigerator there that had never been clean and had something brown and nasty in it

Eclipse travel

Staying in town for the eclipse with a friend. The hotel met our needs. It definitely needs a face-lift but the staff were very attentive and cared about our stay. The bar area was nice. They had food and a great selection of drinks. This hotel has a lot of potential and I hope they meet it. Thanks.
Jason, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

This place was terrible in all ways possible. There were people drinking out in front of the hotel like the slums. This place was not a very good place to sleep for a night. Will definitely never go back.
Cole, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

There is construction going renovating rooms and only one desk person to check people in.
James, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

It was an experience we hope we never have to go through again. . It was crawling with drug addicts and one was the check in girl. We found another motel and didn’t even stay there as advised to us by all of the local people we talked to. Definitely would not have felt safe there. Lost our first night pay and at that point we could have cared less.

Door wouldn’t lock. Front desk was nice and accommodating. Paid for late checkout then got locked out the room. Got charged for a service animal that was on the registration at check out. Noticed all night. Air conditioner plug hanging out the wall. Hole in the bathroom Door.

The box spring on the bed was broken and had fallen through the frame so was half on the floor, the carpeting was sticky. The shower in my father's room did not work. The outside door locks were not engaged, even at midnight. The NON smoking room we booked smelled like an ashtray. The stairs had holes in the metal. There were NO TOP SHEETS only a fitted sheet and a very light small comforter.

They said there would be breakfast. But nothing was out for the 2 days i was there. The hotel hallways and common areas were so excruciatingly hot. I had to leave earlier than expected and requested a call from the manager because they were not available at the time I tried to check out and I never received a call. I called several times and was told they were still unavailable and then the final time they rejected my call. The lady working the counter named Kimmy was very nice but looked very rough hygenically speaking. Carpets are outdated in the room with 1970s green. And there's a lot of stains and holes in the walls. The white linen and towels had a lot of stains on them and made me question they're cleanliness.
Carla, 2-night trip

When we arrived they had cancelled our room due to us booking it online they had over booked by 45 rooms they did end up finding us a room. Where do I begin with the issues. The back of the building makes you feel very unsafe. There is a bug zapper in the hall. Our room door didn't latch without really pulling or shoving it shut. We came back to our hotel door left unlatched one day from them doing there daily room check which I have never had any other hotel do daily room checks. They have people living at the hotel. The hall traffic was awful all times of night. The toilet wouldn't flush all the time due to the tank not filling up with water so we had to take the lid off hit the thing to make the tank fill with water. The fridge no longer had a freezer so everything you put in the fridge froze. The towels in the room where very stained and really small when we went down to ask for a couple more towels we got new looking bigger towels. As the guy at the desk said room service would bring towels there is a sign hanging saying they don't bring towels. We had to tape a do not disturb to the door. We ended up checking out a day early and eating the cost we just couldn't take it anymore.

Not what we expected

We first got there around 5 pm and the room had an air purifier in it cause the people ahead of us had been smoking in the room and smelled like smoke....... The A/C unit was spitting water out of the top and all over the floor ...... we were given towels to put on the floor to keep water puddles at bay ....... there was black mold all over the A/C unit and also all around the top of the room in the bathroom .......... they said the maintenance man was on his way in but we never seen him (this was on Friday) they said on Saturday evening they could move us to another room but we declined cause we were leaving the next morning and didnt want to move all our stuff just to leave the next day ...... we finally seen the maintenance guy on Sunday as we were leaving....... the woman at the desk was super friendly and very apologetic.......

gregory, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Look elsewhere

AC off and room was a sauna, rollout bed was disgusting and dirty and no sheets or pillows available for use, no continental breakfast because service said they were running behind.
Perry, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

You get what you pay for.

The hotel had no housekeeping, the shower curtain was filthy and there was no slip guard strips or safety handles in the tub shower. The hallway from my room to the lobby was dirty. The refrigerator in the room had no freezer department and the cooler unit barely worked and the floor in my room was dirty.
Terry, 3-night trip

It is an okay stay. No issues.
