We could not stay due to room quality, and because we booked with Hotels.com, the hotel could not refund our money. "Your money is with them, not us. You'll have to take this up with them" was the hotel's response. I couldn't find a phone number in the support options of Hotels.com, so I couldn't get any help to resolve the difficulty. We had to purchase rooms at a neighboring hotel.
