I had an issue with the window panels in my roomโthey were broken, and light from outside made it hard for me to sleep. I called the front desk to report it, hoping for some assistance. Instead of helping, the front desk staff raised his voice and dismissed my concern, saying โitโs dark now,โ as if that solved the issue.
I wasnโt trying to cause troubleโI simply wanted to let them know about a real problem in my room. His rude attitude made the situation worse. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I will not be staying here again. Terrible service.
P.s. I stayed at a lot of different hotels, but this hotel is the first hotel where I had a bad experience with terrible service, and this is the first time I've written a review of the hotels. I never coming back for staying this hotel ever.

On the website says free breakfast when you go for breakfast is continental breakfast pay that much money and no breakfast not good but not stay there again

It was a very enjoyable, comfortable stay. The building isnt in the best condition, but the staff do their best to take care of guests.

First room only had one queen bed- didnโt realize I had booked that small of a room and room had a strong odd odor. Front desk was helpful in providing a different room with 2 queens for an additional fee. Next room also had strange odor. Maybe from previous guests cooking in the room. Kitchen had nothing in it so maybe you had to ask for kitchen kit which might be standard practice but surprised me. Fridge and freezer were nice and very convenient. Iโd say biggest issue is smelly rooms.

The young lady at the front desk is absolutely FABULOUS!!!!!! I wish i would've gotten her name so I can sing her praises as it should be done!
