The carpets in the rooms were gross, We even got changed to a different room and it was worst. And we know it was the carpet because you go in the bathroom where there is no carpet you could not smell it and the carpet didn't even look like it was vacuumed ,also the big sliding window has a broken latch on top, infact part of the latch is missing,so all we could here is traffic becsuse we were close to the highway and the window would not latch rite.
We were waiting for the elevator and 2 homeless people came of, there was a few around the property. There were three of them sitting around a dumpster at the entrance.Did not make me us feel to safe or my vehicle, So at checkout time Ryan was asking how the stay was and I guess it was the manager who heard us talking,so she came over and she pretty much yelled at Ryan, She was not a pleasant person. She should be no where near the public, And so all they offered us was 15% of our bill.I was so not pleased, $174.00 to stay in a dirty room that smelled like a landfill.NOT IMPRESSED.
After the nice stay we had a couple of weeks before at the Holiday Inn in Moncton thats why we booked again with Holiday Inn, because everything in Moncton was perfect..What a mistake, They sure didnt seem too concerned about the conditions of whitch we had to stay in.
