I enjoyed my stay here. It’s a very nice hotel. The rooms are in great shape. The bed was comfortable. The hotel itself felt very high end to me. The staff were kind and very helpful. For those that don’t speak French, like myself, they were able to help me in English. Greatly appreciated. I will stay here again next time I find myself in Lille.

Just over the road from the station, so very handy for early starts and also not having to go far on arrival at Lille Europe (it's visible as you leave the station). Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was a bit bland and lacking atmosphere, but I don't suppose people stay there for that. The only weakness was the poor WiFi - at a Hilton, I'd expect it to be better

We were delighted with the hotel. It was right by station,airy , very clean , rooms large and comfortable, bath large , bed very good . Reception very good especially evening person who went to considerable trouble to help us with our restaurant request- tall man with a lot of nice hair my wife says! The AC did not work. We tried, the staff tried. There was no air coming out at all. The room was miserably warm and uncomfortable. The bathroom was not private. Ok if traveling with a romantic partner. The glass around the shower was not all frosted.

Unfortunately it was not our best hotel we stayed at. I had to sleep on the floor during my night stay visit because the airconditioning did not work. I also asked for a fan in the middle of the night to keep my wife and I cool, but they could not provide that. Location was fine but dangerous since there was some construction going on and you had to watch out for the cars coming from left to right and vice versa. I also asked for compensation after checking out but there was no middle ground to be found so I left disappointed and sad.

Chambre toujours aussi agréable avec un surclassement offert ☺️. En revanche, petit-déjeuner moyen : manque de produits (pas de cake, appareil à gaufres défectueux, pas de gobelets à emporter). Réassort lent et incomplet : 15 min d’attente pour les œufs, lait chaud oublié, pas de cuillère pour se servir. Manque d’hygiène : melange des cuillères les clients passent des oeufs au flageolet avec la meme cuillère, touchent les aliments avec leurs mains (surtout le pain) au lieu d'utiliser les serviettes où s’appuient sur le buffet, leurs vêtements et cheveux touchant la nourriture 😔.
