Well the Hotel was very clean and some of the staff were friendly. I just donโt like being woking up by housekeeping at 8:30 in the morning trying to let themselves in my room while my fiancรฉ and I are trying to sleep. With the do not disturb sign on the door you would think people would still be in the room. We also felt like we were being rushed to checkout when housekeeping came back 2 hours later to come in and clean. When our checkout time is 12.

There were so many issues. First of all when we got there 2:15 we were told check in was at 3;00 and we had to wait until then. I've never been to a hotel where you couldn't check in a few minutes early. Wanted to charge $50 for early check in. There were 5-10 people in hallway waiting to be checked in. Then no late check out until 12:30. So we paid $50 for 2:00 check out!!
Eating at breakfast bar. Never had we had to use paper plates and plastic forks. Then I asked front desk for change of a $10 bill. They said they carry no cash!! What? They usually have cash cause they have a small store and I'm sure people buy stuff like soda or chips! Oh well no tip for cleaning staff!! I have been a Hilton member and I've traveled around the country and these were things I've never faced. I will not be checking in here or recommending to friends.

The accommodation was overall excellentโclean, comfortable, and with great amenities. However, the experience was slightly marred by a persistent foul smell in the elevators. Addressing this issue would make an already great stay truly perfect!
