When I checked into the hotel, the service desk put on gloves to assist me. I seemed confused, but oh well. Then he handed me my key cards in a very used, needed to be taped together card holder. Air conditioner only worked half the time and the floor by the air conditioner felt like you could fall through the floor if you stepped on it. I was on the 3rd floor. The ice machine on the first floor was duct taped together, but it didnโt work anyway. When I went to check out, the lady at the front desk didnโt speak much English and she didnโt understand what I was saying. I simply told her at 6:30 am that I needed to checkout and she told me that checkout wasnโt until 11. I had to explain to her that you could checkout at anytime, but everyone has to checkout by 11.

Family trip
Went for a family graduation for two night stay. If not for family would have left after one. The room was clean but the bed was horrible Everytime you moved it creaked and popped. The breakfast was the most limited two bananas some bread muffins and the cereal looked like it hadnโt been touched and wouldnโt come out on the bean flakes I gave up on it. Second day I didnโt even eat

The area was quiet. I didnโt like the shower, it wasnโt bolted to the wall, also the mattress was horrible it sounded like thunder every time you moved.

I liked the pillows and the bed. That's the main reason I always stop at Comfort Inns and Suites. However, They put me on the 2nd floor at the end of the hall right next to a big intake fan and every time it came on it rattled. It was very loud. I considered asking for a room change but I had already unpacked and didn't want to go to the trouble. That fan woke me up several times during my 5 night stay. Also, the lobby floor had mud all over it. I didn't want to walk in mud each time I went in or out so I had to watch where I was going. The carpets in the lobby looked as if they hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. As I said, mud! There was trash outside leading to the entrance that stayed there all 5 days I was there. The ashtrays on the walls were full so people resorted to just throwing butts on the ground. The hotel was just very trashy looking from the moment I got out of my car until you got to my room.

The front desk has no idea what they are doing. Tried to get me to pay for my room twice by saying my card declined. Went online to my bank statement and the payment went through and the front desk employee tried to tell me I still needed to pay.

Very clean, but don't expect much.
Very clean! Breakfast was in short supply, we never really saw many employees, except the cleaning staff in the morning who were very friendly, and I am from the South but hospitality otherwise was low. A very dated hotel.
