This hotel is undergoing renovations, the whole exterior of the building completely covered in scaffolding which is the view from your room window. This was never communicated to me, work would start at 8am with the noise level so loud there was no way to be able to stay in your room or even comeback for a break during the day. Our room was updated but extremely small which I guess is the normal for London. But when we went to go to bed our first night the sheets in all 3 beds were stained and hairs all throughout, went to ask for cleaned sheets and did get them but made beds ourselves. When I went to get a shower, there was only all hot water so had to go back to the front desk again because there’s no phones in the rooms. The staff member came to the room to tell that H was for hot and C was for cold and I told him that’s the same in my country too, he wasn’t very helpful or professional. For the third time needing to go to the front desk because the fridge was continuously beeping, he was very annoyed with us and told us that the fridge was over heating and just needed to be unplugged, which not sure how we were suppose to know that! Then he went on to say you are complaining about everything and basically it was what was! After speaking to the manager Nash, he was dismissive of all our complaints and said it was sent off to higher ups. Not willing to address the situation or offer any compensation. Would not recommend this hotel what so ever!
