Fantastic Hotel as a solo traveler!

An excellent hotel for solo travelers. Comfortable bed and pillows, modern room and bathroom, climate control, and convenient Nespresso machine along with a kettle and fridge. Coffee and tea with sugar and milk is provided in your room and is restocked daily. The hotel is also in a very convenient location. Located near the Central line and Circle/District Lines with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. And just across the street is Kensington Gardens. I would stay here again for future trips to London!

Staff very pleasant and helpful. Hotel reception lovely and modern but hotel corridors and rooms a little dated. Bathroom was very small. I’m a petite woman and the bathroom was very small even for me. When we arrived we were given one room that was far too hot and uncomfortable so requested a change and the reception staff changed this immediately. Overall a pleasant stay and great location

Great affordable hotel in central london

I spent 4 nights with my doughter in a renovated room, we enjoyed every second of our stay. Room service was super and the staff so welcoming and warm, fare price and great coffee at desk as well as in the room... Will definitely come again, highly recommend. Although in the process of renovating the whole hotel. Surprisingly our stay wasnt effected by it..

Great stay! Rooms are small but nice and newly renovated. Downside is the doors are really tight so you have to slam and push them to close. This meant lots of other people doing the same which was disturbing. Great for the price and location

Lovely stay overall but a lot of noise

I had a lovely and comfortable stay overall. The room was clean, modern, and had a warm, homely feel. The bathroom was especially beautiful and spotless, and I really appreciated the addition of the coffee machine—it was a nice touch. All the staff were absolutely lovely and made the experience feel welcoming. However, the biggest downside was the noise. Unfortunately, the walls seemed quite thin, and I could hear guests in the rooms on either side as well as people talking just outside my door. One night, a child was crying and screaming from around 3am to 6am, which made it very difficult to get a good night's sleep.
