A bit of a walk but it is quiet and clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. I requested an extra pillow and it was delivered very fast to our room.. There is a kitchenette with microwave and cooking utensils and stuff but we only used the fridge and kettle and the mugs and spoons. Overall a pleasant stay, merci?

Very well equipped hotel, was not expecting a mini kitchen in the room. It was stocked with a stove, microwave, sink and a fridge. Amazing for preparing warm meals in winter. Great stay! The lobby had daily hot wine for you to take.

Good location with a fairly short walk from the main train station. Close to a large covered shopping center with a full service grocery store. A reasonably easy walk to the old city. There are a few good restaurants within a few blocks. The room was comfortable and the kitchenette very convenient. Simple decor. Front desk personnel were very nice and helpful.

Hotel was average, room was basic but very clean. Had problem charging our phones because there was no socket! We had to use the kettle power socket. Just stayed for one night. Train station is 10 mins walk and most of the attractions are walkable. It was lovely to be welcomed with Mulled wine at the Reception which felt very festive as we were there for Christmas market!

Good price-quality relationship, with kitchen

What I loved most about the place is very friendly and helpful staff. I got a welcome present for the holiday season and there was mulled wine available 24/7 at the reception. With windows closed, the noise from the railway is practically unperceivable. It was nice to have a kitchen as well. The installations, however, need renovation and refurbishment and the rooms could be cosier and more welcoming as they currently feel like a dorm or a hospital. All in all, a fair price-quality relationship and it's also well situated, so can recommend.

Very expensive for what it is

It is very expensive for what it is. The room was dirty, the sheets had spots all over them, the coffee cups had still coffee spots on them, it was so loud the whole night, because we could here the neighbouring guest around and above us, turns out the walls are made of cardboards. I DONT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL

Good location for walking to the city centre. Lot of noise from the trains (passing by, hooting, stopping and rearranging). The lift was out of order for three days, so we had to climb the stairs for 4 floors. No problem for us, but not a great way to go up if you're less mobile.
