It was good. One room had 2 big dogs and a little dog. The little one barked at me as I was walking by.

Repeat Love of this Hotel
We absolutely LOVE stayinf at this location when we visit the St. Louis area. This is our 3rd stay here and love the staff, bed is super comfortable, and it is quiet. Breakfast is good, too!

The bathroom was filthy and the toilet wasn't working. They did switch us rooms though. The hallways were hot and humid, like as if no AC was running in the hallway,and it smelled like marijuana.

Conditions of furnishings need work. Service was eh but I witnessed unprofessional assistance several times by the staff member being on their cell phone while assisting a guest. The hallways stunk of marijuana. Breakfast was nearly all gone by the time I got down. I donโt plan on staying here again.

Overbooked and underwhelmed
I checked in for a 2-night stay with 2 double beds for 4 adults, 1 child in a wheelchair accessible room. The manager's first question was, "You didn't need accessible did you?" I double-checked that I'd booked the correct room and assured the manager we needed the accessibility for my elderly father who is wheelchair dependent. He said they didn't have any and were overbooked. I asked what he could do for me, assuming there must be some contingency plan when they've given away an ADA room, but the manager's only suggestion was a refund. That was not an option as we had 5 people, 2 nights scheduled, and had no other options besides this hotel which I'd booked weeks in advance. To his credit, the manager looked at two regular rooms with my parents to figure out which one might work for us, got a roll-out cot when asked since they had advertised it to sleep 5-6, and found a shower chair when asked so that we had the basics we needed for my father, albeit in cramped corners.

Donโt Stay!
The tub was disgusting/water backed up.black mold around the windows. The back door entrance was not secure, a disposable grocery sack was found lodged in the door allowing access without a room card. A couple were arguing down the hall and it was heard on the entire floor. The floor smelled of marijuana. Heard a banging noise throughout the night, kids running the halls after midnight.

We stayed from Tuesday- Thursday, nobody ever came to change trash or give new towels /make beds etc. the tub was dirty I cleaned it myself before bathing my kids. When we arrived all the lights in the room were unplugged and the mini fridge also was unplugged so it was not cold at all. The buttons on the tv remote did not work. There were kids or loud adults running the hallways all through out the night. The exit doors were left propped open every night with wet floor signs where anyone could enter the hotel.
