Installing a working ice machine and and it should be common courtesy to offer fresh towels to guests staying multiple nights, such as three or more. I also requested a king room with a refrigerator and did not receive one; honoring simple room preferences, especially for My6 members, would reflect better service and appreciation for loyal customers.
