We chose this hotel because of its location. We were in town to watch a game at Fenway. It's about .7 miles to the stadium which was close enough for us to walk but far away from the craziness after a game. We also visited the Museum of Fine Arts Boston which was also in walking distance. What we didn't realize is that the hotel is surrounded by hospitals and medical institutions. There was some noise from sirens, but mostly during the day. The restaurant associated with the hotel is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. The food court had fast food with most of the places closing around 7PM. Room was small. It had a refrigerator and microwave. It met our needs.

Nice place to stay
We had a great stay. Clean and quiet hotel. Cheaper parking. Nice short walk to Fenway. Staff was very friendly. Restaurant isnโt open on weekends so we had Dunkin.

Place was very nice. Checking in, both people working were rude and incompetent. They couldnโt figure out my reservations. 2 rooms, 1 night. Because they couldnโt figure it out. They made me go sit down because a long line was forming. So I had to wait a long time because they couldnโt figure it out? They were also rude to me. They finally figured it out. Room was very nice and clean. Checking out, same experience. They parked my truck because it didnโt fit in the garage. They gave me a card saying thatโs what I need to pick my truck up. When I gave it to them to get my truck. They said thatโs not what I needed. All 4 of us had to argue with them to explain thatโs what we were given. They then finally said this mistake could have happened because thereโs new people working the desk. Person in the garage acted the same as the employees at the desk. Checking in took forever because of their incompetence. Checking out, took forever because of their incompetence.

Overpriced and bad service and bad repair.
Bad value; sink cold water didn't work until I realized the water supply had been turned off; over-priced; 1 member of our party accidentally left some jeans behind and the hotel was absurd about wanting to be helpful.

After spending 2 days at The Brigham with my husband going through 2 surgeries I was happy to have a local hotel to rest my head the second night. The surgery went long so I couldnโt check in until 11 pm. After finally finding a parking spot, it was not easy to find the hotel entrance. Need better signage! Get to the desk and the gentle man saysโDonโt be surprised if you see a 12 ppl conference table, you are the last check-in of the day. I get to the room and my bed is a Murphy bed!! Iโve had 6th grade camp beds more comfortable. I couldnโt tell if a compressor outside the windows ir the AC making loud noises but it was difficult to fall to sleep. In the morning, there was only decaf, so I called down & they brought some regular pods up. I had to call for an iron & ironing board shortly after. I couldnโt hear the gentleman on the phone and then I heard him say โ Let me finish my sentenceโ. I was just saying that I could hear him. So rude! Everything says room service, but that is not case. The women stated โHoney, you order over the phone and then come down and puck it up. Now I decide to head to the hospital early but when I get to my car, it is blocked in by 2 HVAC vans! I finally found the man in the booth who had the keys to 1 can. Thank goodness it was the one needed for me to get out of dodge! I would never recommend this hotel

Good central location. Clean room. Efficient staff. The car parking entrance is close to the entrance. $25 a night. I mistakenly parked at the public car park, across the street. It was $50 a night. So I had to move my car.
