I would not stay at any property managed by Pure Serviced again. The property was filthy and very tired. They arranged a boiler inspection after we had already booked and paid. The boiler subsequently started leaking at 4am the second night. I phoned their emergency number at 7.30am. No response. I called the Pure Serviced office number just after nine. No response. The Emergency plumbers turned up at 10.am. Subsequently isolated water supply and said the hot water would be off at least a day. Pure serviced eventually called back and offered another apartment in the same building. A young girl came over with the keys and we packed everything up and moved to the new apartment. It gets worse!! The apartment had not been cleaned or beds made from previous tenants. She said they could get the room cleaned in a couple of hours!! Enough was enough and we said no thanks and we had to go to their office and ask for a refund for that night which they refunded but said the refund would take up to five days. At time of writing this review we have not received our money back. We then had to try and find somewhere else to stay for that night.
