Great hotel, but breakfast service was very poor.

Very clean room and facilities. Breakfast was not very good, whilst the food was great, the service was awful. Not enough staff to cope with the guests. Continually running out of food, cups, sauces, tea bags etc etc, and tables that needed cleaning were stacking up as guests were pouring in.

This was a nice place, comfy bed, good shower and towels ( full size ) not the half size some places have. Breakfast was good, walking distance to so many sites and food and drink. We would definitely stay here again

The staff were all excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The property is a little older than most Holiday Inns I've been to but very comfortable. Breakfast was good. I was disappointed that catering in the evening was very limited - my own fault for not checking when booking. Plenty of eating options close by
