The location could not have been better! It is conveniently located to restaurants and retail shops as well as easy access to the interstate! The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and the cleaning crew was also very personable! Amazing weekend stay. Brandi and Ernie allowed us to celebrate their birthdays with then. Brandi is the most amazing front desk staff person, she made us feel right at home. We visit Rock Hill on a annual basis, and we will remain loyal guest of Hilton Garden Inn Rock Hill.

Absolutely the very worst Hilton i have ever stayed neither Travelocity or the hotel informed me that they do not do daily services to the room or fresh toiletries. They infores me that in the bathroom there is a 3x3 sign that says it. Further the second day they did not service the room again I called travelocity and got absolutely no assistance since each hotel makes their own rules.As a hilton honors member for 15 years never again
