The room is good, but it doesn't have any view, the hotel made a construction that obstructed all the view to the ocean. The food is really good for breakfast, for lunch and dinner wasn't good. The restaurants for dinner we prefer the grill, but the service was very regular.

I had a few problems with my room but they were taken care of as soon as i reported them. The club never opened during our stay and they closed the slides in the kids pool, which was disappointing. The chairs in the three restaurants were filthy, but the food was good! We were never told on the 1st day that we had to make reservations for dinner. The pool area was really nice! The gift shop had nice things but was extremely over priced! I didn't buy anything! The staff was extremely attentive! Hever, in the buffet was really nice!

La atención del personal, las instalaciones, la comida, las habitaciones, el hotel en general esta excelente, los detalles que no me gustaron, la atención en el check in fue mala, en el lobby bar un barman nos atendió algo grosero, y el agua de la piscina es muy muy fría, y en la entrada al hotel la calle está muy muy mala, llena de baches y muy angosta. Del resto esta todo muy bien, la gran mayoría del personal es muy amable, los chicos de animación nos trataron excelente. Lo recomiendo mucho solo si no te gusta el agua fría en la la piscina pues no es tu hotel.

This resort is so beautiful 10/10. The lobby is breathtaking, the ambience is giving vacation vibes. and smells so good aromatherapy. I got the amber room with the Jacuzzi it was so beautiful and right next door was the amber lounge. Daily housekeeping was 24/7 The buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner is excellent so many options. The rodeo steakhouse is very appetizing as well reservations needed. There are Mexican restaurant reservations needed, Italy restaurant reservations needed, and coffee/ tea shop. the staff is very welcoming everyone treats you like a family here, big shoutout to Sensira team Marcos, Rafael, Humberto, Bellmar, Ruperto, Tony, Eva, Karina, Julio, Cristian, Alexzender, Suri, Angye ,Elisa, Angel, Angel Chocolate , Ana. Thank for a nice stay and I'l definitely be back again. Also the resort is family friendly and 4 outdoor pools / cold plunge. Only this for me was the ziplining was closed for maintenance and there is a spa for full services massages and gym. So many fun things to do here.

If it’s your first time in Cancun, I strongly recommend not staying at this hotel. The experience at this so-called “5-star resort” was far below expectations; it honestly doesn’t deserve even 3 stars. The location is poor, and the beach is disappointing. My family and I arrived at 8 a.m. and requested early check-in. We were told it was possible, but only if we paid an upgrade of more than $400 USD. The hotel was not full; they simply lack the initiative to truly delight their guests. I understand policies must be followed, but in a property that claims to be 5-star, flexibility and customer care should come first. The staff was generally kind, especially in the buffet area and the steakhouse restaurant. I want to highlight the service of Iván, our waiter, who went above and beyond and made us feel, even if just for a moment, like we were in a true luxury resort. Unfortunately, the negatives outweighed the positives: the lobby restrooms were constantly dirty and in poor condition, and Wi-Fi was restricted until after check-in. When I asked for access at reception, the response was: “Sorry, not until 3 p.m. when you have your room.” Later, another staff member helped me connect without any issue, which only shows inconsistency in service. In conclusion, I do not recommend this hotel. Cancun has many other options at similar prices that provide far superior service, facilities, and overall experiences.

A special thank you to Karina, Eva from the buffet restaurant in the lobby. Alberto from the lobby restaurant thank you so much for getting our baby food and our tacos! Anna thank you! At the steakhouse restaurant and Angel at the lobby bar for finding the Red Bull. The entire staff by the pool area the above and below servers you all are great The staff that cleans the room you guys do an amazing job super clean rooms thank you! Diego at bell boy department thank you! for coordinating our cab service and our luggage’s very hospitable and welcoming. one thing I would like to suggest is more interaction activities for toddlers.

The resort was very close to the Cancun airport. The resort is beautiful very family oriented and clean. The staff are phenomenal. Diego was the first one to greet us and he was very helpful. Marcos and Raphael our Butlers always went above and beyond for us. The food is phenomenal. Cannot say how great the rodeo house was and the buffet every day had a humungous variety of different things for everybody to eat, always ate something different. We were celebrating our anniversary and they made us feel very special. The only minor problem was the road going to the resort from the highway is very bumpy, hopefully they can work out their differences between the other resorts too repaired by the next time we visit and also I wish that the beach was nicer and the water cleaner but other than that, we had a beautiful time there

Expedia Robbed Me – Worst Company Ever On June 13–15, 2025, I booked a 2-night stay through Expedia for 4 people, 2 queen beds. When we got to the hotel, there was ONE bed. Two of us had to sleep on the floor. The FLOOR. What kind of scam is this? Expedia took my money and delivered nothing close to what I paid for. Then came my Cancun trip, August 14–19, 2025. My return flight was supposed to be with Aero Mexico. Without asking me, Expedia switched me to Spirit Airlines, the absolute bottom of the barrel. The one airline I swore I would never fly again. And they shoved it on me like I had no choice. The resort booking was the final insult. I reserved a room for my wife and me. Expedia only listed me. At check-in, they demanded an outrageous $875 extra for my wife to stay in the room I had already paid for. On top of that, Expedia lied about cancellation fees, claiming I’d lose everything, while the Sensira Resort confirmed they had no such policy. To be fair, my experience at Sensira itself was good;the staff were professional, and the property was excellent,but even they didn’t do nearly enough to help me fight this overcharge that Expedia dumped on me. In the end, I was left holding the bill, while Expedia walked away clean. Expedia ruined both trips, drained my wallet, and treated me with zero respect. This company is a fraud. A sham. A disgrace. I will never use Expedia again, and I beg anyone reading this: don’t go near this company. They will ruin your trip.
