The location is excellent, but that is where the greatness stops.
We arrived early and paid extra to have early access to a room. We waited in the Executive Lounge, which was absolutely miserable as the AC was broken (and stayed that way.) An hour or two later, when our room was ready, we thought we could finally get some much needed sleep after our all/night flight. Over the blaring PA system, they announced a fire alarm test. I understand the need for these, BUT…..it continued BLARING for almost forty (yes, 40) minutes. When I complained about this, they said they had a subcontractor working on a problem. Oh well, the rest we paid for didn’t materialize. And forget about happy hour in the Executive Lounge….no AC, just some fans blowing hot air…
Also, nothing but an empty cabinet where a refrigerator is normally found. The worst Hilton experience I have ever had. I would stay elsewhere if I were you.
