The staff at the hotel were amazing and very accommodating. They were super friendly and all spoke good English. The room was clean and quiet even though we were near the elevator. It was in walking distance to where we wanted to go and to the tram station. We really enjoyed the breakfast. This is not a typical Spanish hotel , it has more of a North American vibe.

Hotel is walking distance from oceanographic, science and arts museum Public transport is very close , fist all different directions . Bike path passes in front of hotel. The staff was very very nice . The breakfast was limited and the same for the 4 days we stayed . Beds and pillows were very good . There was no fridge in our double room. No complimentary water. No coffee machine . There is a pool available but we didn’t use it . Beach is easily reachable with bus 99 or 95 of bike.

Friendly staff and professional. Hotel is cleanliness. Check in was quick. About 8 minutes walk to Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, a convenient bus rides to beach Malvarrosa beach (Valencia), and centre town of Valencia. Healthy breakfast. Highly recommended.

Located down the street from museums oceanographic and their IMAX areas. Very walkable even to old town Valencia. About an hour but still very nice. Huge mall with shipping and quite few selection of restaurants just across the street. Mall also has Carrefour which is like a huge Walmart. Got super inexpensive water there. Rooms fairly small for family of four but that's typical of European hotels. Great staff. Continental breakfast included. Small pool outside is a bonus as well.

On arrival, I was attended to by a receptionist called Anna. She was very efficient, attentive and went out of her way to look after my disabled wife and myself. Great location. Excellent staff. Excellent breakfast (Americans could only dream to have such quality and consistency at US HI Express hotels!). Very nice pool. Cons: no desk & chair in room to set up laptop and do work, also only one electric output that I could find, beside the bed against the wall. Not conducive to work set-up, but it seemed like more people were not there for work. I'd go back here for all the pluses anyway! Thanks
