Lovely service and staff, great pool area although very busy, same with breakfast - lots of variety but it’s a large hotel so can be quite busy at times. Hotel is not overly convenient for public transport, but fine if you are happy to get Grabs or taxis. I loved this hotel. It was beautiful and the service was great. The room was beautiful ans immaculate. The location was perfect. I cant wait to come back to stay again. Literally only complaint was the windows. They open up without screens and there is nothing stopping you or a child from jumping out. There is no protection from that at all. We were on the 17th floor so we had to leave the shades closed the whole time as we were traveling with our 3 and 5 year old. If they make the windows unable to open or put screens in, the hotel would be an 11 out of 10.

We will be staying for a long time in this hotel easily because the kitchen is well equipped. And staying fee is reasonable. If we will stay this area of Bangkok, we select this residence.

Chaos and too many people

Room was ready 2.5 h after check in time. No compensation. But if you wanted late check out (3h), you had to pay about 75 USD… Room was dirty. Chaos at the breakfast. Too many people at the pool but few sunbeds.

Would not stay again

Pros: rooms are large, pool is great for young families, good selection of food at buffet. People are lovely and friendly. Cons: hotel is large so huge line ups at breakfast and 2 of the 3 coffee machines didn't work for the 5 days of our stay. Pool area is nice but due to being enclosed by the hotel towers, family play noise is amplified. Hotel is not near public transport so needed to grab everywhere (fine with us but not everyone would want to do that). Could do with a refresh, especially bathrooms.
