Not the hotel, it was Hotels.com
The problem was not with the Hotel because I never got a chance to stay. The problem was with Hotels.com who made the reservation for me over the phone, took my money even though the representative was still on the phone as I tried to check in at the front desk and the manager told me there were no rooms available! So after hearing this, I was STILL charged! This happened with 2 reservations at 2 different hotels that same night! I will NEVER use a 3rd party to make my reservations again! From now on I will go through the hotel directly!!

Not happy
The bed was too firm and not a lot of cable channels to choose from. Was not happy with the first 2 hrs of noise and pounding above my head from the guest staying above me on the 3rd floor. I had to complain twice and the person still continued making noise.

The TV sensor had something cake on it. The bed was squeaky. Not enough pillows. The parking lot light shined into our room.

Not suitable unpleasant
My stay was not pleasant.The room had a really bad odor. There were no utensils plates(things needed for the room). There was marks on the floor and on the walls. The television station was analog, not digital. Didnโt have access to regular TV or normal TV channels or cable TV. The attendant was very scarce not around. There was no one to answer your question or to ask for service. The beds was very small. Also, they utilize bed frames for the beds. It just look appealing. It looked like I stayed in a dorm room or a boarding room. I would definitely not recommend this hotel for anybody.

Very dated and old facility. The rooms and its surroundings smelled of weed. Nothing the management can do about it if the guests do not follow the general guidelines. However from new guestโs perspective it makes for bad experience. The staff were very friendly they went above and beyond to ensure better experience. However the hotel needs some serious redevelopment. Everything is so old,dated, stained, broken. It does not feel that we are getting value for the money even though it is cheaper it still feels overpriced.

Stay away!
Horrifying. Stay away! Everything is dirty or broken - even the security lock. Kitchen is falling apart and has stapled paper as a backsplash. The beds are covered in a crinkly mattress protector.
