Good location. Check-in time is 2 pm, not 12 am as advertised. Forgot 3 ties in my hotel room and despite phone calls and emails, nothing is found yet!

Confirmation from hotels.com says check-in is from 12 noon. When I got to there they told me check-in was from 14:00 but that I could pay €30 to check-in early… I showed the staff my confirmation email, but they didn’t seem interested in getting this corrected for any future guests. They even told me I wasn’t the first one… This is clearly a case of false advertising where they are trying to squeeze more money out of their clients. I understand that mistakes can happen but as no-one wants to correct this mistake it seems deliberate.

Pfff 2 nuits pour un prix hallucinant de 560 euros. Pas de cafetière ou bouilloire dans la chambre. Des surmatelas simples en guise de matelas pour un lit double, du coup, le sur matelas glisse du lit et vous avec ! Une soit disant box petit dej lorsque vous voulez prendre le petit dej avant 6h30. Boxe qui contient 2 mini viennoiseries, une pomme une compote... Pas de boisson chaude disponible, le tout pour le prix d'un petit déjeuner normal... Des détritus qui se baladent dans les couloirs des parties communes ! Honteux pour le prix payé, je ne reviendrai pas

This was a good choice for me - close to La Defense Arena but it was a long way from the natural world with loads of sky scrapers , shops and acres of concrete . Some buildings had seen better days . Apart from a kettle in the room the hotel was good with helpful staff . Enjoyed the breakfast .

Séjour solo pour assister concert à Paris Defense Arena. Excellente situation hôtel tant pour cette salle de spectacle que pour accès métro ligne M1. L hôtel est proche des deux et moins de 150m entre sortie Métro et Hôtel. Facile à trouver et passerelle piétonne. Chambre confort simple (vieille déco) Buffet Petit Déjeuner (salle vite comble..pas mal de touristes (groupe pdt mon séjour..). Très bon accueil de la personne à mes Check In et Check Out.

Budget hotel so didn’t expect loads and it’s fine for a night or two. The staff at check in was conversational but quite rude to me in that it was me (female) checking in and making conversation, but he was only talking to my male partner? It didn’t really make sense that he was only looking and talking to him, when I was the one talking and with the information - and it was my name on the booking. Quite rude. The room itself was basic but seemed clean. The 2 plugs in the room are so close together that you can only plug 1 thing in at once. The lights in the bathroom constantly flickered and there were hairs around the sink, but I appreciated that soap was available. The hotel is quite confusing to get to but was close to the coach stop to the airport. The reception was leaking due to the rain. Wouldn’t stay again.

Hotel bien placé avec une clientèle de tourisme. Points forts: taille de la chambre, accès, salle de bail, climatisation. Points faibles: personnel parlant peu français, peu de restauration sur place (affiché dans l'ascenseur mais on ne sait pas où), reglage des ascenseurs (on attend beaucoup le matin° Gros point faible: literie (2 lits réunis en un) et surtout le drap trop petit qui recouvre une alèse fine sui glisse. Trés désagérable

What hotel doesn’t have outlets on each side of the bed these days? Only toiletries available is soap and only one size towel. Chairs don’t have furniture pads. You should hear the screeching coming from above. Between the careless dragging of chairs and the yelling in the hallways. It is like a frat party. This hotel is neither “modern”, nor is it a three star. There are better options around.
