Hotel reception was good and welcoming. Room was very small for 3 people to stay in. Difficult to walk past the 3rd (additional) bed to get to bathroom. Bathroom had no shower gel in the dispenser and hand soap almost empty too.

Our toddler had to sleep in a travel cot which was quite small to what she is used to but we had 2 good night sleep (compared to the first sleepless night)! Room very clean but quite small overall. Staff very helpful.

Clim en panne et après intervention d'un technicien, fonctionnait difficilement et tellement bruyante que nous l'avons coupé. Baignoire inutilisable car pas de bonde d'origine, donc impossible à fermer. Douchette avec pommeau pas d'origine donc impossible à accrocher à la tige murale car plus grosse que le crochet. Boutons du WC si dures qu'ils défoncaient les doigts.

Plus jamais. IBIS à eu un problème récurrent avec la climatisation et ne prévient pas ces clients, sinon on aurait changé d'hôtel. On a changé de chambre...chaleur étouffante et le lendemain on devait prendre une douche mais le loquet était grippé ,donc pad de douche
