I booked an ondol room for 3 adults for two nights, but the room only had bedding for 2. When I complained to the front desk, the staff said the hotel only supports two guests and blamed Hotels.com. The hotel employees were also unhelpful โ they looked away during the conversation, and seemed more interested in avoiding the issue than solving it. Hotels.com customer service couldnโt help either, saying they donโt speak Korean.
As a result, I had to sleep on the floor without bedding, which left me with back pain. Itโs inappropriate that the booking system allows 3 adult guests if the hotel cannot accommodate them. I hope this gets fixed so future guests donโt suffer the same problem.
Other than this, the view from the room was great, the sheets were fairly clean, and the overall stay was good especially within the price range. However, there was thick dust near the AC vent that should be cleaned.
