The room was clean and staff members were kind enough to call a cab and guide for directions. I had a difficulty to find nice restaurant nearby.

Clean room, friendly staff
The room was a bit small for me but clean and quiet. I liked the hotel staff's friendliness when I asked directions for many places.

Cozy, lovely hotel
It was a cozy, lovely hotel. The room was a little small but it was okay for myself. The room and the hotel in general are clean and they had nice staff.

I'd go back, but only if the last option!
I get it's a relatively cheap hotel, but so much of wrong.
Some staff have a poor attitude to everything and dont want to be there or listen to guests. One evening member of staff excellent but didn't get his name. He should be single out for some praise
Food is poor quality - except breakfast which was superb. No one understands the conceit of starter and main. Later arrives as you're eating your (limited choice) of starter!
Careful touching the irons - there's an ironing room, not one brought to your room - they leak everywhere and spit limescale crud on your clothes if you try to use steam.
Saving grace is cost and location

We saw the funny side of being given a key to a room that already had guests in there when we walked in ( very embarrassing and awkward)
Staff quickly dealt with it and we settled in for a gig we were attending ( my brother and I )
We were only in the room to sleep which is where the issue was discovered - the beds in this hotel are AWFUL, no air con and when I asked for a fan I got a rather short annoyed response about not having any. So after a long gig we couldnโt sleep - at all โฆ which made the commute home horrible.
IBIS OWNERS- invest in some QUALITY bedding - stop using stupidly thin memory foam mattress toppers and buy REAL mattresses for your paying guests. ###SEE PREMIER INN FOR DETAILS ABOUT WHY NASTY BEDS ARE A HUGE TURN OFF FOR GUESTS ###
Lastly ( sigh) the breakfast buffet looked great but tasted terrible - dry leathery bacon cooked night before, scrambled eggs made from (as far as we could tell cat litter ) fruit used in the fruit salad wasnโt ripe so was totally tasteless
Just a really uncomfortable, poor experience unfortunately- staff were okay but didnโt go above and beyond for anything in terms of fixing issues- especially with the fan issue and temp in the rooms.
We shall revert back to Premier Inn as guaranteed a good nights sleep at least

Room stank like someone had been smoking in there for years, smell was so strong I struggled to sleep and woke up with a sore throat.
Draught lager was flat.
Staff on reception not very welcoming, and when ordering food seemed put out that Iโd asked. The pizza then arrived and it was simply a frozen Chicago pizza they had heated up. Not good

Lack of care
I went with my daughter to a concert. I ordered a twin bed. Eventually got through to the reception to be served. Got the keys from a male member. Turned out it was a double bed. Went down and asked for a twin. Then got a new key, he was not appologic. He gave us another double room key. I gave up as i didnt fancy facing him again. So had to share a double bed with my daughter. Very rude member of staff. If he hated his job he should leave than carry on inflecting his unprofessonal attitude and incompetence to the guess. Never use the hotel again.
