We had an extremely disappointing experience during our stay. The customer service was the worst we have ever encountered. Johnathan at the front desk was rude and unprofessional from the very beginning.
After our first night, we placed our used linens and towels outside the door expecting fresh replacements. When we returned from my son’s soccer tournament, no clean linens or towels had been provided. I called the front desk to request some, and instead of handling the request professionally, Johnathan responded rudely and told me to “read the sticker on the mirror” explaining that housekeeping only comes every three days. His tone was condescending and dismissive.
When I went to the front desk to pick up the items myself, he seemed irritated, questioned why I had removed all the linens, and made me feel as though I was wrong for simply requesting clean bedding and towels for myself and my children. Although he eventually handed them over, the experience was unnecessarily unpleasant.
The following morning at checkout, Johnathan was more focused on making his coffee than assisting me, and it appeared he was laughing and joking with the janitor at my expense. This behavior was unprofessional and made me feel extremely disrespected as a paying guest.
To make matters worse, the room itself was not clean — we found large cockroaches during our stay, which added to the discomfort and frustration.
