I was very disappointed with my recent stay. Upon arrival, the room was extremely hot, and the air conditioning was not working. I attempted to contact reception, but the phone in the room wasn’t functioning either, which made it difficult to report the issue or request assistance. Additionally, there was no shampoo provided in the bathroom a basic amenity I expect from a hotel of this standard. I’ve stayed at Holiday Inns around the world and have always had positive experiences, but this stay fell far below expectations in terms of service and quality. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues to prevent similar experiences for future guests.
