Donโt get me wrong the staff was very kind, but the state of the place was really gross. Lots of trash in hallways the room itself felt so unclean. Not to mention we were missing half our closet door and the other half was broken mirror. Donโt even want to mention the laundry room.

Chicago trip
This hotel had no service people after 10 pm to check in. We had to wait for the night attendant. Then we got a room #154 that had mold and mildew on the wall in the bathroom above the shower. Smelled of mildew and mold. Not clean at all. There was no shelves in the fridge, none in the freezer, and a broken cabinet. We requested another room and they said they were overbooked and could not give us a room. So they refunded my money for the other days and charged me for 1 day. THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO BE CALLED ON THIS PLACE.

Not worth it.
Checked in at night around 1030. Lobby was not clearly marked. Phone to call someone you could barely hear anyone. Floors of the room were sticky under my feet. Bathroom and shower werenโt clean and poorly maintained. Will not be coming back here.

Not the best place to stay.
Not the best place to stay with family. The clientele is not the nicest nor will they keep the hallways or stairways clean free of liter.
Management canโt keep their promise to hold a reservation for a specific room.

Dirty rooms, no amenities
They had no plastic water at all, not even a napkin unless you washed to purchase a dinnerware set. There was dried blood on one of the blankets. I reserved the room for 3 occupants and they only provided 2 towels so I had to twist more towels and clean blankets. When I needed to check out early, there was no means to do so. The reservation desk was closed, there was no place indicated to drop off your room key for check out. It was just extremely unorganized and dirty.

There was an infestation of ants. I woke up with ants crawling all over me. Kitchen table was covered in ants. It was a terrible stay
