Sheets and blankets had stains. Hair was on sheets, headboard was dirty, sofa was stained.
Had to ask for my more towels and sheets.
Overall I felt alil gross staying here.

We had a good experience. The only thing wrong with the room was the smell the first day. They had cleaned the carpets for some reason and it smelled like either bad milk or throw

The room we stayed in had a door that did not close securely. We left the room to go eat Thursday night at 8pm and when we returned about 10 pm, noticed that the door was not closed all of the way. Pushing on the door with a little force made it open right up. I immediately made the front desk aware and they told me that they would get it repaired in the morning on Friday. We left the room on Friday about 10am and returned about 4pm to find the door unsecured again. Housekeeping serviced our room and seem to be unaware of the issue with the door and they must have left the door opened. That would mean my belongings were left unsecured for several hours. This made me upset because I made the front desk aware of the problem and they did not fix it. They also did not communicate with the cleaning staff about the issue since they did not pull the door hard enough to secure our room. I was very upset to find the door ajar after I already made them aware of the problem. That is unacceptable.

DownTime Stay
The computer system downtime was not only and inconvenience to my stay but the cleanliness of the the room was not up to par. The customer service & cleanliness needs to get better.

I had stayed at this hotel twice before and had good experiences, which is why I chose it again. Unfortunately, this time was disappointing.
The bathroom light was broken, and when I informed the front desk, the receptionist said she was alone and there was no maintenance staff available.
The room was for 6 people, with a sofa bed and a trundle bed (the type that rolls out from underneath). When we pulled it out, the carpet underneath was dirty and full of food crumbs. The same happened behind the nightstandsโclearly, they only vacuum the visible areas and not under the furniture. Very unpleasant.
Lastly, the air conditioning wasnโt properly calibrated. We had to turn it off because it was freezing the room, but with 6 people in a room and San Antonio heat in June, it quickly became unbearable.
I hope management takes these comments seriously because this hotel used to be a reliable option.
