TV (very small screen) and phone didn't work. Humidity in room was awful & carpet felt wet underfoot. No Hot tub as advertised. Breakfast was minimal, only muffins and juice. Customer service at check-in was unpleasant as we waited over 30 minutes to be recognized while they argued (in Spanish) over a bill with a customer. Put us in a location that was very uncomfortable; back of the facility surrounded by all men (we were 2 females). Upon checkout was not charged the amount expected as listed in the reservation.

Everything seems nice maybe. Very comfy rooms. A lil old the building and the rooms in general but very clean. The breakfast options are not a lot but its nice.

Was okay. No bed bugs
Stayed for a day stay waiting for a late flight with my family. Honestly the room was fine although it felt dirty and old. The bathroom door was crooked and in poor condition. The overall vibe made my wife immediately check for bed bugs although she did not find them. The bed was comfortable enough for the amount of time we were to stay in the room which was just an afternoon.

The room passed on cleaniness but they need to update a few appliances. Front desk staff could have been a little more helpful with questions and never answered the phone whenever I called. Construction onsite with covered supplies/equipment in parking lot. Cleaning staff very nice & helpful. Pool wasn't open for guest use. Some guest were a bit noisy at times. Breakfast over by 9am, could extend the hours a bit longer. Traffic at this location is a bit rough, morning & rush hour. Upside, I would stay here again. Close to a lot of places to grab a quick bite and shopping. Close to the airport and the booking price for this place through a hotel app ( not the hotel ) should save you a few bucks. If you don't mind a few things needing an upgrade then this place will do. Clean beds, pillows & sheets, bathroom looked new. 3 1/2 ~ 4 stars I'd give it for the other areas mentioned.

The check in process was great. Maria was great and helpful. I just wish that the property advised us prior to booking that the pool was closed.

It was very inviting and pretty. It always smelled amazing and was very clean, which is very important in my book. Having the restaurant and bar there made eating convenient, and the food was good. Anywhere with a Starbucks puts the cherry on top.

Very disappointed in this property.
We received no prior notification of the pool closure, nor were we given any type of discount for lack of use. We were not even permitted to sit on the outdoor furniture in the pool area.
The breakfast was mediocre: waffle maker did not heat up enough to thoroughly cook the waffles. The other options were apples, yogurt, and an assortment of muffins.
The room was in dire need of upkeep: our socks were filthy within minutes. The carpet is beyond needing cleanedโฆit needs replaced. The toilet paper holder was broken and the toilet seat was loose; both were fixed when we reported it. The shower hardly had pressure, so the shower head was replaced. The full length mirror on the bathroom door was very old & barely hanging on to the door.
With as few guests that appeared to be at the hotel, the rooms should have been staggered a bit to eliminate any neighbor noise. Neighbor phone conversations could clearly be heard.
The telephones did not function & ours was filthy so we wouldnโt have touched it anyway! There was a notice at the check in desk that the phones were not working.
There was no cable tv, just wifi (YouTube etc).
We travel quite a bit and have stayed in many places. This ranks the lowest and we do not recommend it and we will never stay here again.

This was the worst experience I have had through expedia. The 1st room they put me in was musty, dirty, wet from the amount of humidty iin the air. I literally felt like the black mold was seaping into my lungs with every breath I tood. The 2nd room was maybe 60% better, still moldy smelling, musty, and wet. This place needs to be upgraded and taken care of. It is a very unsafe place concerning health concerns.
