Absolutely loved our stay at the Ashburn! Beautiful clean hotel and amazing staff. We even extended our stay for an extra day as it was such a great place to rest! I would definitely come here again! I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels in Kensington and this is definitely up there with one of the best!

Reception staff were very nice and always available. Room was clean and a good standard. We were in a lower ground floor room by the dining room, so could hear a lot of foot traffic in the morning as people went to/from breakfast. Did also hear cleaners discussing our room needing to be vacated by noon right outside our door, which wasn’t the best. We had a do not disturb sign out only to show we hadn’t wanted our room doing before checkout. Unfortunately, our air conditioning was faulty and only blowing hot air. It kept saying “cleaning filter” throughout our stay.

Brilliant 1 night stay near Hyde park

Stayed during Zac Bryan at Hyde park, was about a 20 minute walk to Hyde park in a beautiful area, we arrived very early and they facilitated us and got us straight into our room so we could enjoy our day and get ready for the concert. The room was beautiful and would stay here again if we were to go see another concert on Hyde park or the area.

Quiet room recently renovated, comfortable bed, bathroom with bathtub (unusual!), air conditioning - such an asset during the heat wave in London. Staff were helpful and friendly. My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at the Ashburn. The location is fabulous - only a 3 minute walk from the Gloucester road tube station, making getting around the city cheap and easy. The rooms are bigger than any others that I found in my search and the beds are comfortable. The staff is accommodating and helpful. The breakfast is yummy!
