Best bed ever. Get down to breakfast early.
It was the most comfortable bed I have slept in in any hotel ever!! I slept like a baby. The gated parking made me feel more secure. The only complaint is a lot of breakfast was wiped out before we got some.

The hotel overall is a nice property and good for the price paid. There were a few minor things that I wasnโt going to mention until a major issue came with my last few hours there. The breakfast selection was very minimal choices. Many of the housekeeping staff didnโt speak English which made it hard to understand what they were saying when coming into my room. My final night there a roach came out of the microwave while we were warming up some food. This ruined everything but we were checking out in a few hours and I was too sleepy to report it at that moment. I did inform the hotel manager and he just apologized and offered to give me free parking but my parking was already free due to me being a member. Once I informed him of this, he was just like or well and didnโt try to give any type of compensation or credit and apologized again

First key donโt work had to come back down for another one. Door handle only worked when you turned it upward and when I showed the manager and maintenance guy instead of saying this is something we should fix they blamed me for not turning the door handle correctly. I showed them no one on earth opens a door in that direction and he didnโt care and walked away. Room was dirty, no smart TV.

Review on La Quinta
Cleanliness at this hotel was not a problem for us. The hotel is well-kept and clean. When it came to the staff and booking, we struggled. We arrived at the hotel very late at night and were told that it was overbooked, so we would need to find a new hotel. We had even prepaid for our room. They sent us to a hotel they worked with, but the paper they provided only covered one night of our stay, despite us having paid for three nights. We were told that we needed to come back and see if they had rooms for us in the morning. We called the hotel in the morning to see if there were any rooms available before we came back over, but were told that we were taken out of their system and to give them 30 minutes to figure things out, then we were hung up on over the phone. We decided to go talk in person to the desk and were told we had to wait until 12 to see if there was a room. Mind you, we should've had a room this whole time. We got a room in the end, but this stressed us out on what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation.
