The hotel was very busy during our stay, however, I have stayed in 8 hotels in the past month and this was double the cost of any of those. I don't feel like it was a good value for the cost. The room was not cleaned properly, there was blood stains on a pillow and the seating surfaces had dark noticeable stains. It didn't feel comfortable with so many questions on cleanliness. The room also had a very unpleasant odor upon arrival. Whether it cleared up or we stopped noticing, I'm not sure. The breakfast was another issue. The fruit looked very old and some pieces were starting to get moldy, and I also noticed mold on a muffin. My child made a waffle and couldn't eat it because she said it tasted funny and then later that day she had a stomach ache. Sadly, this was a very unpleasant stay and I've never had such a bad experience with Best Western. I do not recommend this hotel. There are many others in the area that will probably have better offerings.

No complaints about the room. When we visited the pool, there were no pool towels left. Also, some guests were sitting on the steps of the hot tub, which to me said no one could enter without their approval. My suggestion would be that a staff member tour through the pool area once every 30 minutes during open time. They could replace the towels and needed and remind the ones blocking the steps that the facility is for everyone to enjoy.
