Check in was difficult, we were supposed to use a booking ID to check in but I was never given one, because it is fully self service there was no one there to help, luckily some guy showed up and was able to give us our booking number. Hotel itself is nice but check in experience was terrible.

Its self check in, property is very particular in being eco-friendly hotel. Spacious room for family. Close to the osu market.
Limited window of time with support staff. 1st floor was noisy and could hear other guests above. Dryer does not dry clothes properly and only one unit available to share with other guests.
Great place, fantastic location. Poor service in that they tried to refuse to hold bags until the late checkin time. A BIG issue for a family travelling.
