Excellent check in with it all being done online as well as the check out, Gabriel the manager onsite was very helpful and super friendly. Rooms were clean and neat, brand new bathrooms. Good size rooms too. ๐ค

The only issue i had was the room was for 3 but only 1 cup.i saw the trolly couldn't fine anyone to ask so i saw 1off the trolly but still 1 short

Originaly the Property looked alright for the price and staff were friendly. Until I noticed a German cockroach infestation in the room. Contact with staff is all done remotely. The problem was brought up and ignored by the staff. The place is gross it is not worth staying here at all

Very unhygienic with little German cockroaches everywhere. On the cutlery and crockery when I arrived. Later in my belongings! Not happy. Couldnโt wait to leave the room. Left at 4:30AM

I felt that the photos provided on the Expedia website were completely misleading. When i arrived to my room I was immediately uncomfortable and unimpressed by the state of the room. The white walls were no longer white, the paint on both bedside tables what stained and dirty, the shower had mold. What made me the most uncomfortable and led me to leave the accommodation with no refund 2 hours after checking in was that the lock on the door was not able to be locked at my discretion and was without a secondary security lock that should have been implemented for customer safety. Overall this was a terrible experience that was upsetting and misleading by Expedia.

Worst check in experience ever. No human contact. The office closed from 5pm. We arrived at 5.45. Had to call a number and do an online checking in the street. Then code was sent,. The lockbox for the key was in garage. No Light in the garage and could not read or open the lockbox. Overall condition of room worse than a Canadian dive.
