We felt the beds were not very comfortable at all. The food though was excellent on all meals.

Nice property. Less than nice staff
The property is nice and especially well-maintained outside. However, the staff in most parts of the hotel were either rude or extremely disinterested in their patrons - with one exceptionโฆthe young gentleman working the snack bar both mornings we were there - he was awesome. I also ended up with someone elseโs room charge (alcohol - and Iโm allergic and donโt drink) on my room and am having to actually wait to get my card credited. If the resort was appropriately staffed (they seemed short-handed), perhaps this wouldโve been much better. Parking is also a mess - between gamblers, golfers, and guests, it seems no one has a good spot. Lastly, the hotel has not updated itself well for ADA (doors without buttons for those with wheelchairs; doorways that arenโt flush, so a wheelchair/scooter canโt go over it). Even though we did not need the ADA accommodations, there were a number of people there who clearly did.

The perfect getaway
The pillows are so soft like sleeping on a cloud the food was excellent and the alcohol cocktails were very good canโt wait to get back there for another few nights love the casino

Family trip
We have been coming here for years. The hotel itself is nice enough. The decor in the rooms is a little gaudy. The bright pictures on the walls with the giant words are just not pleasant to look at. Photos of the beautiful lake and mountains would be much more appealing. The pillow cases on my sisters bed were dirty and stained. The beds werenโt very comfortable. The restaurants on site could use some improvements. The food at Signatures is average at best. As for the casino they definitely donโt pay out often. Can barely make enough to keep playing most of the time.

50th Wedding Anniversary
From check in to checkout was fantastic. We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary and in our room was a card and cake from the staff. Service is amazing, restaurants are great and to top it off the casino is the cherry on top. Rocky Gap is definitely my Happy Place. Highly recommended!

Extra fees look out !
The hotel casino is very well maintained, food in the restaurant on site are mostly bar food what got me was the extra fees tacked on no happy about this almost 170 dollars for two nights

I wanted to give it more stars but there were some annoying details that made me give it 3 stars. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. Now here are the annoying parts. The bed pillows were very uncomfortable. We rented a kayak for $40.00 and hour and it was in a state of disrepair, the seat backs weren't stable and the foot holds wouldn't stay in place. They should put some bottled water in the fridge instead of you having to go to the casino to get some. There was supposed to be Happy Hour blackjack on Friday for $5 but only one table was open and it was $25. Also on Sunday morning there were no tables open. I didn't take my card to the spa and was told I had to go to the cage with my receipt to get my rewards points credited. Not a big deal, until I get to the cage and was told that they had to do it at the spa. Get to the spa and had to go see a manager to get my points. Wanted a cappucino for breakfast. The machine was working or wasn't working depending on which server you had. One morning I was told the machine needed cleaned from the prior day before it could be used and she was the only server that morning and didn't have time. Seems to me that it should be cleaned the night before instead of leaving it dirty. There were a couple other issues but I've run out of space.

Our stay was great! All staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Signatures restaurant was very good!
