Expensive Parking and Resort fees

Stay was good. Room (epecially bathroom, was tiny. Parking fees and resorts fees were more than what I wanted to pay. I feel as a Hilton member, parking and resort fees should be waived or discounted.

The room was clean, there was one working ice machine for hotel located almost directly outside our room. It was always busy. Between the resort fees, taxes and valet it was an extra $100 a night payable when you checkout.

Overall stay was great because the staff went above their duties. They answered every question and provided every service available with professionalism. However the hotel itself can use an upgrade. The main lobby and hallways were stuffy and the first room I checked into didn’t have AC.

Our vacay in Honolulu for a wedding

When we got there we were greeted nicely and we had a problem and Ginger helped us to get through the process to victory. The breakfast is great at the hotels Tree restaurant. Bfast all you can eat buffet $30 a head.
