Room was clean and comfortable. We left before breakfast so cannot comment on food, however, coffee was available at all times and my wife got a cup on the way out. The breakfast area was neat and clean with ample seating. Staff was pleasant efficient. No complaints or issues. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Check in staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was mostly good. Wasn’t crazy about the potato cakes but biscuits and gravy was good. Had fresh fruit as an option. Bagels and pastry if you wanted that. Eggs were ok. Orange juice was really good. Check out was easy. Would stay there again if going through the area.

If you're traveling by car, the location is acceptable. The room was clean and the internet connection was quite good. However, breakfast was a complete disappointment. If you're choosing this hotel because it offers breakfast, I suggest you reconsider. There was a coffee machine in the common area, but it was broken and seemed like it had been left that way for a while. Overall, it’s a sufficient place for a one-night stay if you only need the basics — but don’t expect anything more.

Excellent Property

The property was in like-new condition. Staff was attentive. The full-wall tile mosaic of a birds-eye view of downton Columbia was stunning; I would not have thought this would be found in a motel. Only complaint: The bathroom exhaust fan was terribly noisy and came on with the light. The design engineers for this chain should specify a quiet fan, such as Broan, and a separate switch.for the fan.

Staff was very friendly. We originally booked one night on Hotels.com but travel plans changed and we added two more days (one day before and after original stay). Total of 3 nights. No issues at all with staff. Room and hotel is clean just needed some updates. Area around the hotel doesn't look the greatest but we felt safe during our stay. Despite the few issues, would recommend.
Toilet seat cracked and moved. Needed replaced.
Chip in tub.
Broken light fixture. Told them we did not need it fixed during stay but made them aware of issue.
Bed one - comfortable, clean.
